"Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at pvl888. "Services" refers to all forms of betting, gaming, and platform features available to registered members.

This agreement governs the relationship between pvl888 and its members, and applies to all use of the platform regardless of the device or access method used. 2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• Register using your own identity — not on behalf of someone else.

Opening or using multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a household family member's name, or another person's details — is a serious violation that may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any wins.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate, up to date, and truthful. pvl888 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity at any time. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and cancellation of winnings.

3. Deposits and Fund Withdrawals

3.2 Withdrawal Requirements

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Program

All bonus offers issued by pvl888 are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotion. The general terms applicable to all pvl888 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be fulfilled before any wins derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.

All game results on pvl888 are final once confirmed by the system. For sports betting, official results from the relevant sports governing body or a recognised sports data provider will be used. pvl888 will not reverse betting outcomes on the basis of personal disagreement over the interpretation of results.

5.2 Invalid Bets

Pvl888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error or data entry mistake. Members will be notified and the bet amount will be returned to their account in such cases. Incorrect odds must not be deliberately exploited — doing so constitutes a serious breach of terms.

5.3 Live Sports Betting

Live betting depends on the availability of real-time data. pvl888 is not responsible for broadcast delays that may affect live betting outcomes. Any bet accepted by the system before the final whistle is valid even if the visual feedback is delayed.

6. Account Security and Identity Verification

8. Account Suspension and Closure

Pvl888 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, attempted money laundering, or upon instruction from relevant authorities. In the event of a suspension, any legitimate funds held in the account will be returned to the member once the investigation is concluded, unless those funds are found to have been obtained through fraudulent activity.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the pvl888 support team. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal within 3–5 business days after the closure request is received.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability
